HVAC The building is equipped with a state-of-the-art HVAC system. Central to the system are two, 1,100- ton energy efficient centrifugal chillers that are controlled by a Trane Summit Building Automation system Ensemble. There is a 2,440-ton main cooling tower and a 580- ton supplemental cooling tower, each manufactured by Baltimore Aircoil Company. Air distribution to the building from the air handlers is provided by variable air volume boxes with vapor compression cycles. The air handling units average 14,600 cubic feet per minute per floor. Variable frequency drives are utilized on all air handlers and chiller controls. Heating is supplied by perimeter heat strips.
Fire & Life Safety The building is equipped with an advanced life safety system that includes a Simplex 4100 addressable alarm monitoring panel, smoke detectors, and a wet sprinkler system with concealed automatic sprinkler heads.
Telecommunications The building is equipped with cable TV and fiber optic cable for data in addition to a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for enhanced cellular service with Verizon as the supported carrier.
Electric / Lighting

Lighting is typically provided by 18 cell parabolic florescent fixtures.

Vertical Transportation The main tower is served by twelve passenger elevators (six for the floors 1 through 15 and six for floors 16 through 30) and two service elevators (one for lower level through floor 26 and one for the lower level through floor 30). The Park Building has five passenger elevators and one service elevator, with the parking garage having two passenger elevators. These traction elevators are manufactured by Kone/Montgomery.
