In compliance with State Law, smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the building. For the convenience of Tenant employees who smoke or vape, we have a designated smoking/vaping area\ located in the courtyard next to the provided ash urns in this area.
As a courtesy to non-smokers and all guests to our property, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please use designated smoking/vaping areas and refrain from smoking/vaping at property entryways or in stairwells.
- Please use the smoking urns provide for disposal of ashes and cigarette butts.
- Do not discard of cigarette waste on walkways, planters or property landscaping.
