The buildings loading dock is a three bay system that services the entire city block from South Street to Church Street. The dock is accessible by vehicle via South Street and by foot via the Lower Level that is accessed via the freight elevators located near the Security Desk in the Tower lobby and off the Mail Room in the Park Building.
All oversized deliveries to the property are required to be made through the loading dock, clearance 13 feet , and through the use of the freight elevators. The loading dock is open between 6:00a.m. and 7:00p.m., Monday through Friday and is manned by a security officer during this time; after hours usage is available upon request and approval by the Property Management Office.
It is necessary to plan in advance of any vehicle entering the loading dock for delivery. This is done by submitting a New Visit request indicating the need to use the the loading dock in the Angus Service Portal or via a Vendor Request Form if a Certificate of Insurance is required at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, when applicable. Both the loading dock and security are required to have approval from the Property Management Office prior to allowing admittance of any vehicle. The loading dock may be used for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes unless previously approved by Management. All after hours moves should be scheduled in advance through Management and are required to take place after business hours.
The service elevators operate between 6:00a.m. and 12:00a.m., Monday through Friday. After 6:00p.m. the freight elevators are controlled by the night cleaning staff and are typically not available for use by tenants. Prior arrangements for extended and/or after-hours freight elevator usage must be approved by the Property Management Office.
The use of the service elevators for tenant employees is permitted provided they are transporting items that require the use of a hand truck or 4-wheel flatbed. The freight elevators are not intended for passenger use. Restricting unnecessary traffic on the freight elevator will result in quicker and more efficient freight service to all tenants.
