Access to the property is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The property is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Entry to the property at times other than these requires the use of a valid access card to gain admittance to the property and to allow elevator access tenant's floor'.
Access Cards
- To receive access cards, please complete the Access Card Request Form and forward to the Property Management Office for processing.
- Lost or stolen access cards should be reported immediately to the Property Management Office.
- When an employee is terminated from the tenant’s employment, his/her access card should be collected and returned to the Property Management Office.
- It is the tenant’s responsibility to collect the keys and access cards of all terminated employees in order to maintain the security of the suite.
Non-Building Employees
General access is available to tenant's guests and the general public when the property is open. After hours, tenant visitor(s) must check/sign-in with the security desk and have a tenant/property management approved Vendor Request Form to gain admittance to the property and the tenants' suite. If a visitor(s) is accompanied by a 200 South Orange Avenue tenant, the tenant must present his/her valid access card in order to gain admittance to the property. Security has been instructed to admit only those individuals who have been authorized for after-hours access.
Visitor Access
It is required that all Tenants notify the Property Management Office of any guests or contractors/vendors requiring access to the property and tenant suite.
This is done by submitting a New Visit request in the Angus Service Portal or via a Vendor Request Form if a Certificate of Insurance is required for the visit. Both the loading dock and security are required to have approval from the Property Management Office prior to allowing admittance.
Please remind all visitor(s) that proper identification is required for admittance to the property. Without proper authorization, security will not allow visitor(s) to gain access.
