The Overflow Lot is a multi-use parking area for all building contractor and vendors, approved outside contractors and after hours event parking. All contractors and vendors who have been parked in the loading dock for longer than thirty (30) minutes will be asked to move their vehicles to the Overflow Lot. The Overflow Lot is located on the west side of the Parking Garage. The Parking Garage Office (located in the southeast corner of the Parking Garage) can provide a Temporary Parking Permit for Overflow Lot parkers.

Through information provided by Property Management or Security to the Parking Garage Office a Temporary Parking Permit(s) hang tag will be provided for contractor and vendor use.
Temporary Parking Permit hang tags are valid for a maximum of thirty (30) days. On the first of every calendar month the Parking Garage Office will change the color of all permits. If a contractor or vendor’s work assignment takes them into the next month they must obtain a new permit.
The Parking Garage Office will issue all permits Monday through Friday. In the event, the Parking Garage Office is not available to issue a permit one can be obtained from Security in the Loading Dock Office.
Any vehicle not properly displaying the proper Temporary Parking Permit hang tag will be booted and/or towed at the vehicles owner's expense.
All monthly parkers who are not 200 South Orange Avenue contractors and/or vendors will be required to provide payment in order to obtain a Temporary Parking Permit hang tag; no exceptions will be made.
