The Parking Garage has fully automated Pay Stations located the main South Street exit. Garage ambassadors are also staffed in the booths located at the same exit between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 10:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

Pay Stations Directions
- Insert the parking ticket that you pulled when entering the Parking Garage into the Pay Station. The ticket must be entered exactly as indicated in the picture on the Pay Station for it to be read correctly. Once the parking ticket is inserted the Pay Station will tell you the amount due.
- Next, insert the validation coupon, credit card or cash. All items must be inserted exactly as indicated in the picture on the Pay Station for the machine to read it correctly. If the Pay Station states the ticket is invalid it likely has been inserted incorrectly. Try to re-insert it and if it still does not work, follow the directions on the machine for assistance.
- Please Note: If your parking ticket was validated online (Xwebpos) you will only need to insert the parking ticket into the Pay Station in order to exit.
- When finished, push button for receipt if desired.
- Take change and/or receipt from bottom of machine.
