The property is cleaned by JMC Services, Inc. This corporation is a Green Seal GS-42 certified cleaning contractor servicing the State of Florida. They specialize in providing commercial office cleaning services to a myriad of customers and are known as being an excellent strategic partner for both owner occupied and leased office space.
Cleaning service are provided Monday through Friday evenings after normal business hours between 6:00p.m. and 12:00a.m. Tenants' carpets will be vacuumed, unobstructed surfaces dusted, tiled/hard surface floors swept & mopped and recycling/trash emptied.
Please do not place any object near or against trash receptacles if the material is not to be thrown away. For your convenience, trash/basura stickers are available in the Property Management Office to designate boxes or other items for disposal.

Day porters
The property has four (4) day porters on duty Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30a.m. and 5:00p.m to keep the building perimeter, corridors, courtyard, lobbies and restrooms clean during business hours.
Supervisors/Managers
The property has one (1) day manager on duty Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 5:00p.m to oversee the daily operations/day porters and two (2) night supervisors and one (1) night manager on duty Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 12:00p.m. to oversee the evening operations/night crew.
