  Maintenance Requests

Property Maintenance

Engineering is here to maintain building operations and to provide standard building maintenance. Engineers are on duty Monday through Friday during normal building hours and on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A designated main office contact should be the person to place all maintenance requests.

General Maintenance Requests

To place any routine maintenance or repair request (i.e. burned out light bulbs, temperature control, etc.), we ask that each tenant utilize our online Tenant Services System.

Access to the Tenant Services System is provided following move-in or via written request from the tenant's main office contact. Changes can be made by contacting the Property Management Office via email at piedmont.florida@piedmontreit.com or via phone at (407) 649-0036.

Once a request is submitted, a copy of the online request will be electronically submitted to the Engineering Department and/or Property Management Office to be handled accordingly.

Urgent Requests

Please contact the Property Management Office immediately via phone at (407) 649-0036 in order to place any URGENT maintenance requests (i.e. water leaks, power outage, etc.).

Your request will be handled as soon possible by our engineering staff.

When requesting EMERGENCY maintenance, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your name, company name and suite number.
  • Contact phone number.
  • Clearly identify the nature and location of the problem.
