Tower
- Six (6) low-rise elevator cars serving the ground level to 15th floor
- Six (6) high-rise elevator cars serving the 16th to 30th floors
- One (1) service elevator car serving the ground level to 30th floor
- One (1) service elevator car serving the ground level to 24th floor
*At a FPM (feet per minute) of 1000, the high-rise (floors 16-30) are the fastest elevators in Orlando. The low-rise (floors 1-15) elevators travel at a FPM of 700.
Park Building
- Five (5) elevator cars serving the lower level to 7th floor
- One (1) service elevator car serving the lower level to 7th floor
Parking Garage
- Two (2) elevator cars serving parking garage from lower level to 4th floor
Emergency Operation
| Phase I: | Elevators automatically return to the main landing upon the activation of one or more smoke/heat sensors or the Phase I key switch located in the elevator lobbies. Once the elevator returns to the designated floor, the doors open to allow passengers inside to exit. The elevator remains at that position with the doors open. In the event of smoke/heat sensor activation at the main landing, the elevators will return to the alternate landing, usually the second floor, open the doors and remain that way. |
