Landlord shall furnish building with standard heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting, as part of the building's standard services during normal property business hours.
After-Hours HVAC & Lights:
Tenant may request after-hours heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and lights by utilizing Genea. Please reference the Instructions for the Tenant Services System. The Tenant and User IDs for the system are provided after move-in or upon written request to, the Property Management Office. All costs associated with after-hours services are billable in accordance with each tenants' lease agreement. Additionally, all air handler units are equipped with UV-C lighting for health and safety measures.
