Incoming Mail
All incoming mail should be addressed as follows:
Tenant Name
Street Address and Suite Number
City, State and Zip
Please notify all contacts and other business associates of your proper mailing address.
U.S. Mailbox Locations
Located in the Mailroom on the first floor of the Park Building. If you enter the Park Building from the courtyard, the Mailroom will be located through the first door to your right.
You must arrange with the Property Management Office and the U.S. Postal Service for your mailbox and key(s) upon move-in.
Mail Pick-Up / Delivery Hours
Mail delivery, distribution and pick-up hours are determined by the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact the Downtown U.S. Post Office for the pick-up hours on site, as they are subject to change.
Express Mail Service
For your convenience, you will find FedEx and UPS receptacles in the main Mailroom located in the Park Building.
Oversized Deliveries (Loading Dock)
All oversized deliveries should be made via the loading dock, clearance is 13 feet and 6 inches.
The loading dock is located in the Lower Level of the building directly beneath the Park Building and can be accessed by vehicle via a ramp located on South Street and by foot via the Parking Garage (Church Street Entrance), Park Building (Mail Room) and Tower (Service Elevators).
