Hours of Operation
Building access hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Holidays
The property holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year.
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
The property will operate in a secure mode on these days and outside of normal property business hours. An access card will be required in order to gain entry into the building and the afterhours call-in system will be available for any heating, ventilating and air conditioning or lighting service needs within your suite.
Should non-emergency or immediate assistance be needed, please call the Property Management Office at (407) 649-0036 or a Security Officer will be happy to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
